The World Bank-Australia partnership sought to support more effective management of the environmental and social impacts of urban development and road projects in Vietnam, in line with good international industry practice and the country's regulatory framework.
Claude co-authored the "Vietnam: Assessment of Environmental and Social Management Practice in Transport and Urban Development" report, together with the Ciera Group, Canada. An action plan was designed for national and local stakeholders.
