My name is Claude Saint-Pierre. I am an independent consultant in the field of international development aid. I participate in development projects and programmes, and specialise in managing the environmental and social impacts of these investments. I carry out evaluations of projects, programmes, and public policies. I also contribute to strategic studies, on a national scale as well as for world regions. The regions I operate in are Asia, Central and Western Africa, and the European Union. My working languages are English, French, and Chinese.
